RYS Personal Training

RYS Personal Training operates two private gym locations in Amsterdam — one in De Pijp and one in Zuid. They offer personal training, body transformation programmes, and fitness coaching in a private studio setting. A strong service in a competitive market, but one that Google didn’t know existed.

No Website, No Visibility

When RYS came to us, they needed everything built from scratch. There was no website, no search presence, and no system in place to attract clients online.

RYS needed everything — a website that converts and SEO that drives traffic to it. We built the entire system from scratch.

Website Design — Built from Scratch

Designed and built the full website on WordPress with Elementor Pro. Mobile-first, modern design with clear CTAs, easy booking flow, and conversion-focused page structure. Created dedicated location pages for De Pijp and Zuid in both English and Dutch.

Google Business Profile

Fully optimised both GBP listings. SEO descriptions, services, Q&A, geotagged images, and 11 Google posts across both locations.

Content Strategy

6 SEO blog posts (4 English, 2 Dutch) targeting local search intent and authority-building fitness topics.

Technical SEO

Sitemap submission, indexing, Core Web Vitals, and structured data — LocalBusiness, Services, and FAQ schema.

Backlink Building

9 do-follow backlinks including Vrije Tijd Amsterdam and IamExpat — over-delivering on the original plan of 5 total links.

On-Page SEO

Homepage optimised as the main authority page. Keyword placement, internal linking, and meta tags refined across every page.
